ADVANTAGE 2025: Influence. Impact. Inspire.

The ADVANTAGE Women’s Empowerment Conference is a powerful and uplifting event designed to inspire, educate, and empower women in business. Hosted by the Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce, the conference features a full day of programming dedicated to helping women achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Last year, we introduced the ADVANTAGE MARKET, a female-owned vendor market, and we’re excited to bring it back for 2025! This market is a celebration of women entrepreneurs, showcasing local products and offering attendees the chance to support and connect with inspiring business owners. Each attendee will receive a $25 token to shop at the market, in lieu of a traditional swag bag.

We are also excited to be continuing the InspiHER Sponsorship Program this year. The sponsorship cost aligns with Chamber Member ticket pricing for attending the conference, allowing InspiHER Sponsors the flexibility to sponsor one or multiple tickets as they see fit. Through our InspiHER Sponsorship Program, we will collaborate with groups supporting underrepresented women, ensuring they have the opportunity to join our conference.
