Course Description

The intention of this program is to provide participants with an overview and understanding of how to grow a strong and profitable business. This is achieved by priming their business, strategically positioning the company, and then developing a marketing strategy as well as an overall action plan for small- to medium-sized businesses. There are additional specialized topics including team building, project planning, and bidding and tendering. Ultimately, the goal is to encourage participants to implement the concepts, tools, and policies presented to develop and nurture business growth and sustainability. This course creates stronger and more resilient businesses and forms part of the certification for the Atlantic Trade Business Skills Certification for journeymen.
