Course Description

The Business Skills program is concentrated on the skills necessary to grow a strong and profitable business. This is achieved through teaching you to plan your strategies in marketing, positioning your business in the market, optimizing profitability through pricing, and assessing current and future growth opportunities. The Business Skills program is designed for small to medium sized businesses.

Identify the main components of a promotional strategy
Assess short, medium and long-term priorities for business growth
Develop a two-year action plan for business growth
