Course Description
This program creates the opportunity for you to provide the best experience possible for your customers. You will explore key elements of customer service standards and gain a better understanding on how to handle difficult customer service interactions and meet customer expectations. In this program you will also learn how to evaluate the customer experience you currently offer and draw from proven strategies to optimize and improve it for your business’ sustained success.
